Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Datagram, a brand of Datagram, LLC (2921 W 38th Ave, Denver, CO 80211), collects and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Account and order details: name, company, email, phone, billing address, the services you order and notes you add.
  • Billing records: invoices, payments and credits. Card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment providers; we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
  • Messages: live chat conversations, demo and day pass requests, and emails you send us.
  • Technical data: IP addresses and basic request logs, used for security (for example blocking abusive traffic) and to apply limits on our free tools. We also count page visits and clicks on some buttons with our own software, without cookies or third-party analytics; before counting, IP addresses are combined with a key that changes every day and scrambled, so visits can't be linked across days or traced back to an address.
  • Live AI demo: we record the time, model used, length of your question and answer speed. We do not store your questions or the answers.

How we use it

To provide and bill for services, answer you, send service and billing emails (including renewal notices), keep our systems secure, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business: our email provider, payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal and our self-hosted BTCPay server for crypto payments), and our staff notification service. Our website loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep your session (for example your chat or a signed-in account). No advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Billing records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Chat transcripts and requests are kept for 2 years. Security logs are kept for 90 days. When a service ends, data stored on its hardware is erased.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information (except records we must keep by law) by emailing sales@datagram.net. If you live in a state with privacy laws such as California, you have the rights those laws give you, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Changes

We'll post any changes here with a new date.
